I'm Chris, a young, Bible-believing entrepreneur who loves Jesus. SPG was founded on an answered prayer, hence the name Shepherd. A shepherd leads, protects, and cares for his flock, setting aside his own comfort for their wellbeing. That's the standard SPG holds itself to with your vacation home.

I know I look young, but I've been around this business my whole life. My parents have spent over 25 years in Central Florida real estate, my father building his own brokerage and long-term management company, my mother managing short-term rentals. Growing up in it, I learned this work in a way you can't from a course. Being young just means I bring that experience with no wife, no kids, no competing responsibilities pulling my attention from your home. I built SPG so my success is tied to yours: with our simple monthly fee, I only do well when you do.
