Straight answers on cost and commitment.

How much does your management cost?: One simple fee: 15% of your rental revenue. No setup fees, no monthly charges, no hidden add-ons. If your home earns nothing in a given month, you pay nothing.
What's included in the fee?: Everything it takes to run your rental: listing creation and optimization, daily dynamic pricing, 24/7 guest communication and screening, cleaning and turnover coordination, maintenance coordination, and a transparent monthly owner report.
Which booking platforms do you list my home on?: We list your home across the major booking platforms — Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia, and Google Vacation Rentals — plus the partner networks they distribute to, so your home shows up wherever guests search.
How and when do I get paid?: We send your net proceeds by the 15th of each month for the prior month's earnings, with an itemized statement so you see exactly how your home performed. You also receive a 1099 at year end.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?: No long lock-in. If you ever decide to leave, we just ask for 30 days' notice. We'd rather earn your business every month.
Can I still use my home myself?: Always. Block any dates you want for personal stays at no charge. It's your home.
